The Sponsor's Role...
June 19th Gathering
NCEC's next gathering will be on June 19th at Friendship UMC in Athens on Lucas Ferry Road.
To enter the building please go to the back parking lot as we will begin fellowship in the all purpose building.
Need directions?? Go west on highway 72 turn right on Lucas Ferry Road - the church will be on the left about 1/2 mile up Lucas Ferry.
Fellowship begins at 6:30 then Praise & Worship at 7:29.
Chrysalis Information...
Are you a youth/young adult? Do you have an important youth/young adult in your life?
Chrysalis Boys Flight will be Memorial Day weekend, May 23-25th, 2009. (Saturday thru Monday) at Crystal Springs Camp. The flight will be lead by Raph Saczawa and the Holy Spirit. Spiritual Director will be David Tubbs.
The next Girls Flight will be during the Fall Break Weekend in October, 2009 at Crystal Springs Camp. Dates to be announced.

What's Happening at NCEC??
Women's Prayer Vigil
Have you ever sponsored someone for an Emmaus Walk?
If not, you are missing out on one of God's blessings. THIS IS
YOUR OPPORTUNITY! More pilgrims are needed for the NCEC walks to be held
in April and September. Please pray first. The whole Emmaus experience starts with
prayer. Ask God who He wants you to sponsor. Consider who you might
sponsor - a friend, son, daughter, brother, sister, mom, dad, or church
acquaintance? Applications are available.

Emmaus in Russia
For those of you who missed the June Gathering, we want to fill you in on a “God event” in progress! It’s an Emmaus journey to Russia that started 13 years ago in Pulaski, Tennessee. It’s not quite completed yet, but there’s an important stop in Estonia next month, and God has offered New Covenant an opportunity to participate.
